The AMANDLA model for holistic and educational football programmes for the orphans and children who grow up separated from their families includes developmental football leagues, life-skill programmes and youth leadership programmes with the aim to help childcare facilities develop socially aware, self-confident, self disciplined and motivated young people who are leaders and role models to other young people within their communities.
