Position: Managing Director AMANDLA EduFootball e.V.
Description: Florian Zech co-founded AMANDLA when he was 20 years old. Since then he is the driving force behind the development and implementation of the organisation and programmes. He acquired additional skills in General Management and Business Administration at the University of the Western Cape. He is seen as a perfect example for AMANDLA’s strong belief in youth leadership and entrepreneurship.

Description: Allan da Silva has worked in child and youth care sector in the Western Cape, South Africa facilitator, staff trainer and manager for the last 25 years. He extensively acquired both academic and practical skills and knowledge in community management and development that makes him the ideal Senior Programme Manager for AMANDLA.

Position: Programme Coordinator
Description: Noluvuyo, which means ‘Happiness’ in the local language Xhosa, totally lives up to the meaning of her name, always having an open ear and friendly smile whenever needed. As the heart and soul of the Chris Campbell Memorial Field, it does not come by surprise that it was her who led the winning team of the PASCH tournament to their victory.Memorial Field.
